How We Work Together

Naturopathic consultation packages are for those ready to take a structured approach to reducing inflammation – whether you’re dealing with hormonal imbalances, digestive symptoms, fatigue or a diagnosis such as PCOS. 

We’ll take time to understand what matters most to you so your treatment plan feels both achievable and meaningful. The focus is on small, supportive changes that build confidence and momentum – without pressure, overwhelm or perfectionsim. A consultation package includes;

  • 1 x 90 minute Initial consultation
  • 3 x 45 minute follow-up consultations (additional follow-ups can be booked)

Before Your First Appointment

 In preparation for our first session together, you’ll be asked to complete a pre-consultation health questionnaire and a short 3-day food diary, which will enable me to gain a clearer understanding of your current health and nutritional patterns.

Your Initial Consultation

This extended first session allows us the time needed for a thorough assessment of your health, your goals and to establish a clear, personalised treatment plan. We’ll explore your symptoms, past medical history and lifestyle factors and work together to build a functional health timeline that highlights any patterns or events contributing to your current challenges. We’ll also review your completed questionnaire and food diary to highlight any nutritional imbalances and identify underlying drivers which may be contributing to inflammation, gut issues or metabolic dysfunction.

Together we will create a tailored treatment plan that reflects your key priorities and fits realistically into your lifestyle, making improvements slowly over time. As well as a personalised nutritional protocol that aligns with your needs, recommendations will include important lifestyle pillars including; Sleep, Movement, Stress Management, Self Care and Supplementation. No two clients are alike – your plan is created around your unique history, needs, and capacity for change.

Nutritional therapy is a process, not a quick fix. Working together over time allows for lasting, more sustainable change, at a pace that feels achievable for you.

Follow-up Consultations

These 45-minute sessions (aproximately 2-3 weeks apart) give us the opportunity to track your progress and review any changes; introduce new recommendations based on your response; refine your welllness plan as necessary and keep you accountable and moving forward. 

Each session will focus on a specific area of cellular health, allowing us to address the root cause of your symptoms in a structured and manageable way. This phased approach allows us to build on your progress gradually and make adjustments as your health evolves.

After each session you’ll receive a clear summary, including tailored nutrition and lifestyle resources to support your next steps.

Advanced Testing

Functional testing may be recommended where necessary and is provided through trusted, private laboratories (additional cost applies). Most clients see progress through foundational work alone.

Ongoing Support

I offer ongoing support for clients who wish to maintain their progress or continue refining their health goals. You may choose to schedule monthly check-ins or quarterly sessions for regular guidance, or simply as a way to remain accountable and stay on track.
