Like many of my clients I’ve experienced the frustrating reality of chronic inflammation firsthand. I know what it’s like to feel dismissed or told your test results are nomal while your body is clearly telling a different story.
After years of living with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), digestive issues, eczema and migraines – and finding little relief through conventional medicine – I began researching the root causes myself. After successfully reversing my symptoms in my early twenties and going on to have two children naturally, I became motivated in helping others to do the same. I have since gone on to train in integrative nutrition, naturopathic nutrition and functional medicine principles. Blending the best of evidence-based science with holistic healing, I now practise as a naturopathic nutritional therapist and am accredited with the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP).
With over twenty years of study and personal experience in nutrition, my ethos is that reducing inflammation, restoring gut health and supporting sustainable lifestyle habits form the foundation for long-term vitality.
