If you’re living with low energy, digestive discomfort, unpredictable hormones or stubborn weight gain and feel like something’s been overlooked, you’re not alone. Many common symptoms as well as complex health issues, including PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), insulin resistance, irritable bowel syndrome and chronic fatigue all share a common root: unresolved, systemic inflammation.
That’s where I can help. I work with clients who want to understand what’s going on beneath the surface of their symptoms. As a naturopathic nutritional therapist, I specialise in identifying and addressing the underlying causes of inflammation using a personalised, evidence-informed approach. Rather than offering a quick fix, I work with you to support your body’s natural ability to restore resilience, balance hormones and support long-term metabolic health, gradually and sustainably.
“Healing doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be real and start where you are. If you’re tired of googling every symptom, confused by food or just trying to feel like yourself again – you’re in the right place.”
Inflammation is a natural component of our immune system’s defence, and when its short-lived, it’s a healthy and essential part of healing. But when it hangs around (becoming chronic), it can quietly drive a wide range of health concerns – from hormonal imbalances and digestive issues, to fatigue, mood changes and skin flare-ups. This type of of inflammation is subtle and often goes unnoticed, yet it plays a key role in hormonal and metabolic conditions such as PCOS, IBS and insulin resistance.
It disrupts hormonal signals, including hormones that regulate appetite (e.g. leptin, ghrelin), blood sugar (e.g. insulin), and reproductive function (e.g. oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone), contributing to metabolic and fertility issues.
It keeps cortisol (your stress hormone) elevated, which can promote fat storage, impair glucose regulation and contribute to mood disturbances and fatigue.
The good news? Whilst inflammation can be complex and multifactorial, it’s also highly responsive to nutrition and lifestyle interventions. By targeting the root causes, it’s possible to reduce symptom severity, support recovery and protect your long-term health.

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to start listening to your body. Whether you’re experiencing ongoing symptoms or just feel like something’s off, this approach is about helping you uncover what’s really going on and how to support lasting change.
This process is personal. Your treatment plan is built around your unique needs, not just your symptoms.

There’s no ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution when it comes to health – especially when symptoms are chronic, complex, or seemingly unrelated. I believe the body is always communicating and that healing begins by listening to your history, symptoms and lived experience. Health doesn’t follow a predictable path – it’s layered, personal and not always straight forward.
Using naturopathic principles and a functional approach, I look at how how your digestion, hormones, detoxification, and metabolic health are connected and influencing each other. Naturopathy recognises that the body has an inherent capacity for self-healing when underlying causes of imbalance are addressed. This means we look for what’s disrupting your natural resilience – whether that’s stress, dietary imbalances or environmental factors – and support your body’s ability to restore balance at a cellular level.
Your treatment plan is delivered in structured phases across a series of sessions, allowing for steady, sustainable progress. This approach creates space for ongoing assessment and adjustment as your health evolves.
Diet is well known to change health trajectories and altering eating habits is often the most effective first step towards reducing inflammation. A food-first approach doesn’t suggest diet is the only solution, but it can be a powerful foundation that supports further lifestyle change.
I bring together the latest in nutritional science with an empathetic, therapeutic approach. Our work is collaborative and tailored to help you feel more confident in understanding your body’s signals and how best to support it. This isn’t about perfect eating or flawless routines. It’s about progress.
